Entropy Zero Themed Deathmatch addon

Adds skins, sounds, scripts, and more. Nothing super special, just a bit of Combine spice for your next nostalgia trip, or if you play with bots and are looking for a little more punch in your audio design and stuff.

Features some cool stuff like:
- Bad Cop taunts and dialog (dynamically based on equipping weapons like RPG, picking up medkits, dying, getting kills with certain weapons, running out of ammo, taking fire damage, etc. Super hacky but also kinda cool. Makes it feel like Quake with the taunting and Bad Cop clones running around)

- Reskins of all characters to be Entropy Zero themed (Elite replaced by Bad Cop's endgame skin, prison guard replaced with shotgunner, metrocop replaced with EZ2 metrocop elite, regular combine soldier stays the same, regular rebels are arctic rebels, and female rebels are rebel brutes/elites. Glow textures are also applied on all models so now all player characters will glow in the dark.)

- Punchier weapon sounds with distant firing sounds and scripts

- Crossbow scope texture

- EZ2 footstep sounds, physics, and all those goodies

- Entropy Zero menu music

- Authentic Entropy Zero HUD (sort of broken when you open the score menu but it works)

- Entropy Zero weapons and animations

- (Subjectively) better blood textures and particle effects straight outta Entropy Zero.

And also has other stuff like first person combine elite hands. You are supposed to be playing as Bad Cop after all. If you're not playing this mod as a badass combine elite then what are you even doing? Trying to defect to the rebels? Guards, send this man to the citadel ball crusher IMMEDIATELY!
