Set within Orlandes City itself, nobles are being systematically murdered by a ruthless assassin no-one seems able to catch. Finding yourself thrust in the middle of a large conspiracy, you must make decisions that may put yourself and one other most precious to you in great danger. Can you locate the Assassin in Orlandes before it is too late? What is a Gamebook Adventure? At their core, all of our gamebooks are compelling adventure stories where you get to choose how the adventure unfolds. Every section of the narrative concludes with choices that you have to make. The choices you make will alter the story, taking you down new paths and giving you new choices.

Oh boy, I can't even start to mention how Hyped I am to see Gamebooks coming back like this! I used to see my friends and read them back when I was a young boy, and when I was really starting to get into them and going to buy them, they simply ran out of circulation in my country. For many years I had been searching for a way to get them back or see any alternatives, and must say that with "Gamebook Adventures 1: An Assassin in Orlandes" I'm not disapointed. Having bought it just a few hours ago…

Games based on luck have a tendency to suck. Ruins the point of making choices, but then the choices have random consequences too, not being based on any knowledge or strategy...
Big Black friday/Cyber monday sale on all the GA titles!
Could you please explain why is this game on Amazon 1$ without any discount, but 1.20€ with 70% discount. I'm just curious. The price is fair, but still, why the difference? Thanks!
It is actually on sale on amazon as well. It is just that the amazon dev portal doesn't have any notion of 'on sale' so all I can do is set the price and change the description a bit, but even then the amazon guys don't always publish it correctly, so I really have very little control over what our games show up as on amazon. They both have the same base price.
thanks for the info! got all four and, I must say, they are uber awesome! :) looking forward to some more gamebooks of this sort! :D
Are you planning on releasing a demo anytime soon?
Yes, I'd like to try a demo too.
How long does the game ? Thank you for reply.
It depends on how fast you read and what choices you take, whether you have the quickdice option on and how much you go back and explore the side narratives. If you barrel through it you can get to the end in an hour or so if you are going really quickly. Most people spend between 2 and 6 hours with it.
I just want to say I am enjoying this very much. You guys did an excellent job, and i can't wait for other books to come out :)
