Its nice, but it seems most of the textures, props, and sounds are from source.
If I remember correctly, the blood textures were bought so it's possible that others were also. In that case they were probably bought by someone emulating Valve's art style or else were made in a similar style.

One thing I just realised, the Desert Eagle and H&K .45 both have a rate of fire of 900 rounds a minute and a range of 200 metres, which is way off for a pistol. I'd give them a range of 100 metres max, which is still quite a long way for a pistol. Rate of Fire for the H&K .45 should be about the same as the M9, but the Desert Eagle should have a rate of fire that's somewhat lower, since it has much worse recoil, assuming that it's using the .50 AE cartridge. If not, then the recoil will obviously be lower.
