For the first release we will provide one game-world, or say server, for everyone.
The idea is that all starts with a very low standard of a broken world and the players will enhance it bit by bit to reach old standards of technology and more.
You can build cities in the style of realtime RTSs by placing single buildings which need to be constructed. You can produce troops and do research. Fighting, trading and any interactions with other players will be done on a map view showing all the cities of one region of the world.
The game gives you some features that let you decide how to play. You can be an important energy, water, food or resource supplier, a trusted teammate, a well known diplomat, leader, guardian of the newbie or a warlord.
We also aim to add additional features which will be discussed with you; this can be InGame newspapers where users write about local or global events to keep the world dynamic.
Yes, we aim a world-simulation.
You will see the lights of all the cities at night and can follow sea and air transportations. Maybe you spot a satellite launched by your alliance to spy your competitors.
As you might suspect, we are unable to develop all of this in once.
We aim to provide a very early version to you and add new features to it constantly.
