We're back in the game (literally). After a week or so long development break because, well, life's a b*tch, we're hopping back onto the bandwagon to get this prototype steamrolled out to all of you (not in reference to Valve's Steam).
Upcoming development concepts we will be implementing into the prototype within the next two weeks are as follows:
- Player health
- Shooting enemies
- Melee enemies
- A (much) larger portal map with dozens of enemies
- Chests with starter items
Holly the NPC potion vendor is IN GAME! Though she's shy at first and might not say anything, we're working on her social skills to get her talking about Daggerhelm (we're trying to add dialogue).
We are putting the first boss on hold since it would require increasing our enemy sprite size x2.
