Crash Bandicoot Returns was originally to be a simple mod for Crysis. But thanks to Crytek and its graphics engine, the CryEngine 3, it finally gives us the opportunity to develop a game in itself, totally free and for PC. CBR will be a sequel and not a remake of the series.

I preferred the old model of the new Crash. (Wait... does that make sense?)

yea, although this model is that good ol nastalgia look, it's kinda pointless. Why make it in the Cryengine 3 if he's just going to make it look like ps2 graphics? I agree with these people, please bring back the original model of this game from before

Sorry but I wouldn't change the model. The former was too far from the original version. I want to respect the universe of Crash and its main character. In addition, the other model is not enough cartoon.

But I would fix anyway in the coming weeks by adding a "smooth". This will keep the original character while adding an "HD" touch.

The old model looked nice as a showpiece but I bet it wasn't nearly as flexible and practical as this one.
