Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) will expand upon the team-based action gameplay that it pioneered when it was launched 12 years ago.

But look at the light's FOV! I'm a shadow-***** too but that's not very impressive.

I wonder how many projectedtextures they will use... probably no more than one will be visible at a time.

Anyone also notice how half the screen shots have a spotlight right on someone? Most with barely realistic sources, they are just trying to pretty up the pictures.

I also wish they would fade out the crappy low-res RTT shadows(those dark blobs on the ground) when under the influence of a projectedtexture.

Hey, c'mon. Baby steps. Maybe Valve will eventually have shadows that can compete with Unreal, CryEngine, and ID Tech, but this is a start.

Well. They added CSM or some other lighting solution for the sky lighting. But they still got **** Env_projectedtexture support. Which is really sad, even COD has both CSM and a bunch of shadow mapped spot lights. At the very most the CSM looks pretty good in CSGO.

So, for the most part, what I said is still valid. :P

The box models are overlapping the others. Oh and that beam texture is from Half-Life 2.

Gotta say the change of guns is sweet a Tec-9 is a real gun you expect to be in hands of a terrorist cheap but good fire rate and light.

Next to that a gun like the Bizon-9 (If im not mistaken) is also in the game a nice VS is brewing between it and the P90 as the bizon has the 64 clip vs the 50 clip of the 5.7 round death machine P90.

Also it appears the UMP 45 (cant believe ima gonna say this) Wont S*** donkey B**** anymore (or so it seems).

Wanna see the MP-5 come back now though see what they did with it here and now.

Its not really a tec-9 those are hard as hell to find these days un less its a domestic clone made by the terrorists them selves.

Its also likely that its a modified semi auto Tec DC-9/AB-10 pistol variant but with the original barrel and made full auto. Really not hard to make em fire ful auto too >;) I picked one up for $300 a few months back and had a look at the mechanism. a few hours with a dremel tool and its full auto with ease.
