This is a 3d side-scrolling remake of the 1988 classic NES game Blaster Master' The tiny 8-bit sprites will be reconceived as high poly normal mapped models' Gameplay and level design will remain true to the original, but the art style will have a more organic/grotesque/creepy feel to it' The engine is based on the Quake source with some heavy modifications that I've made to the renderer' The game will be freely distributed and users do not need to own any other software to run it'

Description

Work in progress shot of the player model. I still
need to do more detail work and the animation
sequences. The skin texture is just a quick
placeholder. 910 triangles, normal mapped.
