This is an expansion pack for Battle for Middle Earth II. It adds new armies such as Arnor & Angmar and has many new expanded heroes and units. The game focuses on the Return of the Witch King to power after the fall of Sauron in the second age. In his new arrival Arnor is losing its blood and is scrabbling over Rhuadar, Arthodain and Cardolan.

This is an update of my previous file 'Panic's Arnor mod RoTD'. The upgrades in this version are the following: Arnor: -WoTR garrison issue fixed. -Arveleg and Arvedui now have healing factors -Sound events added (spotted enemy, neutral building etc.) -Neutral building commandsets functional - The Dunedain Royal Guard (Tower Guard) now have shields -Numenor Stonework bug fixed for good Men: -New unit: Peasants which are buildable from farms. -New Power: Draft which arms your peasants with swords and shields Other: -An updated Skirmish AI (There are probably more changes that I have made to the game but these are the main changes). Installation: 1) go to the RoTWK main directory at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king or whtever it is your PC, and remove the .INI file and move it somewhere safe 2) Extract the ArnorINI file from the zip archive and place it in your RoTWK main Directory. 3) start the game and enjoy the changes

Arnor are now in WoTR however it is still really buggy so if you decide to use Arnor in WoTR, remember to save regularly. Also if you lose a WoTR scenario as Arnor, the hero army that lost will cause the game to crash if selected. The auto resolve values for Arnor are really weak so don't bother trying to auto resolve.

Installation:

1) go to the RoTWK main directory at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king or whtever it is your PC, and remove the .INI file and move it somewhere safe


2) Extract the ArnorINI file from the zip archive and place it in your RoTWK main Directory.


3) start the game and enjoy the changes!

New version of Rise of the Dunedain coming (hopefully). Upcoming version probably won't feature a fully working WoTR but I'm going to add extra heroes to the Elve and Men factions.

Hopefully soon but things are running kind of slow because I don't have time work on it as often as I would like because of personal reasons. I'll have more time to do heaps of work on it after the next week :)
