Act of War continues to genre of military strategy war games, but does it on a grand style. It's near future plot strikes close to home, placing the American public at the mercy of huge gas prices controled by an evil criminal organization. The United States has no choice except of course, to invade. The USA army is dispached, along with an elite military task force led by you. The game has a impressive graphics engine, and it appears with all the bells and whistles of a 2005 game. Going farther beyond most games however is the story. Revealed through both ingame events as well as live action movies the story and its accompanying game are sure to please fans of the real time strategy as well as traditional gamers.
Description
This is a modified EXE for the GoG version that allows widescreen resolutions. As with other widescreen resolution patches there are some scaling issues where for example text can escape the mouse-over info boxes but no issues apart from that. (Thanks to X-ray on the GoG forums for pointing me in the direction of what needed editing.)

Hadn't played much of the game up to now because it required me to shut everything else down owing to the limited resolution. With this fix it now runs perfectly in 1920x1080 and I can also be streaming on my other monitor. Thank you very much!

can you do Act of War: High Treason too? I cant make it 1920 1080p I don't want it to be 2560 1080p its too stretch out!
