At the bottom of the panel on the right titled "Skill Adding" there is a statement in yellow that says "Click skill on left to PERMANENTLY apply 10% of your available skill points!" I'm confused as to what this means. When I click a skill while I have available skill points it applies 1 of those points to a skill whether that is 10% or not. I tried clicking the skill titles themselves with no effect. I then tried to click the primary skills i.e. stamina, defense, energy, etc with no effect. I now have no skill points available and that statement is still there. What am I missing or misunderstanding? Thanks |
