Hey Phroot, I just dropped in to request back the several days of my life which 3089 just ate... lol. It's amazing even at this early stage, and I thouroughly look forward to seeing what you do with it in the future =)
BTW, while everything about 3089 is already fun to play around with, I especially like where the guns are going. In my latest playthrough I bought a level 1 'starter' rifle (pretty much the cheapest possible layout, no bonuses or anything), and I've been working on the addage "if you replace all teh working parts you get a new machine" - it's now a level 7 rollertank- and spiderbot-slaughterer with homing explosive bullets, a great scope, a silencer and a 3-shot spread. It works as whatever I need it to be - a sniper rifle, SMG and rocket launcher rolled into one >=D I've had to stop firing in the air though - the homing rounds have a habit of locking onto overseers... lol
I'll definitely be spreading the word about 3089 to anyone who'll listen, it's just fantastic =D

I have a few requests if you could do these for me then that make me and maybe a few other people happy!
Could you add a mode that you can toggle when starting a new game called novice mode or something were the energy system does not apply to guns and when you die you dont lose anything
and if you can, can you make the players hands visible like he is holding the weapons but if you do make it toggleable
I'm sure that many people will be happy with this and I know i will be very excited if you do see this and decide to implement at least 1 of these ideas
I just finished playing 3079 for abit, I got Lucky this time, and havn't died once
Phr00t, I need a little help here. When i click on 3079 to play it then it comes up with the launcher for about 1 second and then goes away, when i go to look in task manager it does'nt show any launching at all
Gentrieve 2 isn't working.. maybe windows 8 could be a problem?
