Paint? Hrmmm .... sounds rather painful. Hehe. Well, I've had little experience modelling for games, though I do have some high polygon modelling experience ;-) Personally I've been experimenting with polygon reduction tools (using QEMloss) ... baking high resolution textures, illumination etc (using LW_Baker) to low polygon model textures.
