deathmedic3rd Metal Head	my mum has almost sold the house completely. one family has said yes we'll buy it. but they won't untill they sign the paper and say for certaain they will. any way, my mums grand plan is to move into a flat.. cost 5x more. are house costs about £200 or more to pay rent a month. flats around my area cost upto and over £500 a month normally around £800 for a decend sized one. she's skrew the family and her self. she's getting like £140,000 when the house is sold.. and my dad gets around £40,000 or something. all depending on the sell price. im pissed at her again. -- running a hot rodded mac mini
