"Voice Your Game" - Group for voice actors founded! Thread

Hello everyone!

Just a small heads up to all the devs and voice actors out there. The voice acting group "Voice Your Game" has been founded and we need members
As soon as the group becomes verified we'll be three Voice Actors in the group and we encourage voice actors here on moddb to apply.

The graphics used on the group are a bit makeshift, but thats because I made them myself and my photoshop skills is pretty close to zero. We'll be looking to improve the graphics once we get a hold of someone who can.

For the Voice Actors out there, look up "Voice Your Game", check us out and if you like what you see, apply for membership. Bring your showreel, or ask for test lines if you don't have anything handy. We have only one big criteria for membership and that is that you have a decent microphone clear of noise. Which means a headset microphone might be pushing it when it comes to quality. Acting technique can be thaught, but good recording gear is somewhat harder to get by.

Take a look at when the majority of those groups members were online. Both those groups look pretty dead if you go by those numbers

I also aim to make this group something more than a gathering place for voice actors, I want to add articles, case studies, project highlights etc.

I very much believe this group will be worthwhile even though there are two other groups currently operating on the site

I support your idea once the page is up and members have joined, good luck with it.

The page was authorised yesterday It's now up and running.

You should advertise the group in the VAC Voiceacting.proboards.com the board is very active and has many talented people looking for work each day.
