Is there a way turn turn a static mesh into a trigger for kistmet. Say I had a long rectangular plank, and if you shoot anywhere along it you trigger a door.

'Duh, I don't remember that much from UnrealED, but wasn't one thing that you have to create an interpolate actor to be used in Kismet? I think you'd just have to open that static mesh as interp actor to make it usable in Kismet. That's not for sure though, I'm not exactly an authority on Unreal. It just rang a bell and I thought I'd contribute what I remember. --

I believe that if it is an interp-actor, you should be able to 'touch' it in kismet. Take a look at CTF++'s Facing Worlds map - that has something similar in it, if I recall correctly. I don't recall using triggers on that one. |
