I made a vehicle based on the Manta actor codes and followed this tutorial Sites.google.com
I even built the map, saved and ran it in the UDK game but i cant find a trace of it ever existing. Not even a invisible collision box.The vehicle does appear in the editor though. The AnimtSet,AnimTree and the Physics files have been created as shown in the tutorial but still no luck .Any help would be appreciated.

I think i had this problem once, as I recall I changed the material to a material instance constant, it then showed up.

You should try re-building the geometry, that will take all the objects and put them in game. you could just go to build all and it'll do the lighting and such with it.

If the vehicle has been coded correctly rebuilding lighting or geometry wont help, re-building lighting only affects static items, items like vehicles or pickups arent always in the same place and thus neither are their shadows, this means that they need dynamic lighting and shadows. if geometry wasnt built properly surfaces wouldnt show up but the vehicles, static meshes etc would all still show up. building geometry only affects CSG assets in the world.

Can you explain to me how you did that please?

Right click on the material your vehicle uses (or if it doesnt use one then just create a rough one, make a grid in paint or something) and then create new material instance constant, then in the meshes properties set the material to be the new material instance constant. and if nessecary do this in the code as well
