Yeah actually you can get in trouble if you forget to test your performers or if you overstep some etiquette during a shoot. As a matter of fact there's a fictional agency that rates various aspects of your films so your hardcore movie might have sold well but it was probably really sexist, you risk a bad rep with those folks and in turn attract specific types of talent. You'd have a field day with our documentation!
