Hey,An attack to Iran would be massive suicide plus it will never happen,here are the 3 main reasons,Noam Chomsky (I know I know!,he is way to "dreamy",but hey,at least he makes you think) said them:
1-It would rally the entire Muslim world agaisnt USA.
2-What do you think? USA pop is already angry with 2 wars,one of which is on the verge of being lost and another one with an unclear future,if USA invades IRAN then would be strikes all around the country.
3-It would raise the alarms of China,Russia and NK,as the middle east is a tactical place.

The islanders that were kicked is old story,in TARINGA.NET (Argentinian site,very nationalist and centrist) they posted it,around DEC 2009....Funny thing is...the creator of the post said they would be using it for another war O.O.

1- Lets be honest the Muslim community hates everyone who doesn't believe in and willing to cling to 2000+ year old ideas. I.E. USA, China, Russia, Israel.
2- The USA population is being failed by a near incompetent president with no formal experience and a really "prick" attitude and seems to only want to turn our country into the bitch of the planet.....YES he's black! And that's great.....and YES WE DID IT!.....now prove to me WHY we did it.

I doubt it, North Korea, China and Russia won't be too pleased and all three of these countries have nuclear weapons. It's most likely:

-A scare tactic against Iran to bully them to leave Israel alone.
-Weapons and ammunition bound for Afghanistan and Iraq.
-Bombs intended for Operation Herrick.
-An attack elsewhere, my guess being Pakistan as they are a major supplier for the Taliban and other military groups, as well as they are known to have been selling blueprints and designs for nuclear weapons to other countries.

Some things you should know:

-The B2 bomber has a range capable of hitting almost everywhere in the world. Surely they have better things to do than to build shelters on islands for these planes when they don't need to? I doubt those shelters are intended for the B-2, they are most likely intended for other more conventional aircraft.
-Russia, China and North Korea all have nuclear weapons and all are allies of Iran. Pakistan may possibly join in on such attack and it too also has nuclear weapons. It's also possible too that Iran already possess's nuclear weapons.

Keep that in mind before you think the USA would have the balls to take on anywhere between 3-5 nuclear powers in the world.

Yes, but the country the USA have shitted over in the recent years didn't have nuclear weapons. Iran has a nuclear weapons programme, though it's not a definite as to whether they have working nuclear weapons yet. However, their allies are nuclear superpowers.

I just seen on the news this morning a US spec ops team infiltrated an Iranian nuclear facility and detonated an Iranian nuke.

Over all i think the USA starts a lot of shit over paranoia, but they usually do have good reasons for it... and i'm not saying that they didn't help cause some of these things.

And to all this disrespect in this thread for the USA: there are some very important things to consider.

The people that make up the USA are very different from each other. There is an extremely wide variety of people; culturally, genetically, and mentally.

The US military has over 45% of the world's military expenditure.
It has more then enough people to fight a global war. These violent countries that the US is bullying do not.

The US has many close allies.

(i think war and violence are horrible, they are never the only solution)

But on top of everything why would we invade Iran without a declaration of War?
