Source Addon for XSI Thread

I've been trying to figure iout how to make a static tree prop, but I seem to be unable to export it. I'll get the export thing asking for the file, and when I tell it to export, I either get a red error message in XSI Mod Tool v7 or nothing happens...the box just disappears. I'm about ready to give up, unfortunately I can't since the Mod my friend and I are working are, is actually getting freakin' graded. I am at the mercy of this damn 3D program.

I'm also using T-Gen 2(free version) to create the trees, I don't know if it affects the export process or not....I'm very dense so, if you know what to do....please....simplified instructions...

That field that asks for the file is where you tell it the path you wish to export to. Once you do export, the box is supposed to dissappear (no error message = success, as with just about any other program). Just check the folder where you told it to save, and the .smd should be there.
