Required skills and experience:
• A strong sense for color and lighting
• Solid understanding of texturing
• Photoshop
• Passion for games

Additional bonus skills:
• Level editing experience
• Modding experience
• Any industry standard 3d modeling package
• Previous experience in the games industry
