Seeking Devs To Create Team Thread

Im seeking the talent of modellers, writers, artists, programmers and audio designers to create a development team to work on possible commerical games and/or indie projects/mod development for the near future. This is a brilliant chance to create a studios from the ground up and develop what ever project we wish to start. Upon applying, i shall choose from the apps and from that baisis the team will be created. Once created, we shall have a meeting via Skype/Vent to decide the name, direction and what we want to achieve as a team.

Its not definate if it will be a commerical team or not, that will be decided at the meeting. Either way this will be a great addition to your portfolios.

You'll most likely have to show some of your work before anyone will be interested. (just extenuating on what tambourine man is saying)

'What this is' Is a chance to start a project from scratch in a team where everyone has their say in what the project will be.

My key goals i want to achieve in making this team are flexibility and freedom. The flexibility to try what we want, and the freedom to start from something that the whole team agrees on. I believe if a team starts with this mindset and has good planning and organisation , we can literally thrust ourselves into the industry making a name for ourselves and our projects.

Ive already been sent a few applications so far, so hopefuly more will come soon. From what ive recived its looking promising.
