Secret game price?! Thread

I need your help choosing a price for a secret point 'n' click adventure game!

I am unable to choose a price if I don't know how appealing the game is. As long as the game remains 'secret' I would say $0, I will never spend money on something mysterious.

I tend to agree.Can't you at least post a beta or a demo?

It is still in heavy development, it is a point 'n' click game based off the monkey island series. I just want the general price you would be willing to pay for a point 'n' click.

How much would people pay for LucasArts Monkey Island sequel? Probably $50-60.
How much for a generic commercial quality (produced with actual team of writers, coders, artists etc.) point-and-click adventure? Probably around $10-15.
How much for barebones point-and-click game filled with placeholders and "programmer art"? $0.

With the information you've given us? I suggest not selling the game at all.
