This is something I just stumbled over: The report-button is way too close to the track-button. I just accidentially reported a mod I wanted to track. If you have to have that button there, at least give it a "do you really want to report this mod" window you have to confirm, or something like that, cause it's annoying for creators and people who want to track, if you happen to click the report button by accident. Or make them bigger, that way it wouldn't be so hard to hit the right thing. Just, please, do something.

Thats a good point, but shouldn't this thread be under "Suggestions"?

Reports an infringement. And no need to fear anything if you accidentally report, a lot of people has to click that for a profile/page to be actually reported.

why there is no hint what the button reports?

Because this is a general report button that is used to report an unspecified violation of the site rules.

Unlike other sites like e.g. Deviantart that has a report button that pops up an entire window where you can specifically define what the violation is before submitting it, DBs / Desura has only a simple report button - and that really should suffice as the site staff is able to determine what (if) the infringement was (or wasn't). And well i agree with you, it shouldn't be so close to the watch button, but it's no problem either if you report something accidentally.

I fully agree with WWEdeadman.
And the movement of the buttons while mousing
over is annyoing too.
Good post dude

Theres a much larger text link (watch game / mod) in the profiles information box, if you have issues hitting the report button, try using that, yes its to close, you can block the element with a adblocker script if it causes that many issues.

I don't have addblocker
and I have a kind of hit which is completely useless
the hint is "Report mod"
which is the same as the name of the button
and it explains nothing about what will be reported

PS btw did you ever think about users who do not know English well?
just 'coz English is not their's native language
do you thing that they will guess rightly what "Report mod" means?
