Hi everyone! We are pleased, proud and somewhat scared to announce our new game dev studio - PunchScreen Games! A bit of the ol' history first, we formed as a result of meeting through Game Design and Development course currently being ran in Ireland as part of the Momentum Skills initiative. Three students, one lecturer and a plethora of ideas lead us to start developing our first project with the help of a college appointed business adviser.. So, after a few weeks of drafting business plans, web content and the like we are now in a position to start doing what we love, and that is making awesome games... So we are pleased to announce our first project - Space Bear! Edinburgh Zoo, 1961, Wojtek the retired army bear passes his time watching his sitcoms and drinking vodka in the bliss and comfort of his cage. Now meet Geronimork, an alien big game hunter with a love for odd, rare and deep fried animals… his safari through the Milky Way has now brought him to Earth… He’s already got Lassie, He’s got Mike the Headless Chicken and he’s got more cows than Switzerland but now he’s bit of more than he can chew… Currently we are still in early development and trying to garner some following but enough of all this, why not have a look at our concept art, and if you like get in touch, throw us a like on Facebook or Twitter or what not...
