Profile picture bug? Thread

I made a new logo in Photoshop and decided to use it as my profile picture on indiedb. But the picture had a black background because I forget to make it opaque. So I added a purple background and uploaded the new pic with the purple bg. But now, my profile pic on indiedb constantly switches between the black one and the purple one; on Story of Alexia's page, on my profile page, in news, in groups, on the top of the page (with the messages, updates watch etc.) and basically everywhere. I log in and out and it still happens. I changed it about 12-13 hours ago and it's happening since then, and is still happening. I've tried uploading the picture again and saving the changes but it still happens. What should I do?

Did you empty the browser cache? Or force refreshing/reloading cache of those re-visited pages? It could be just your browser's cache problem nothing more.

You might also need to sometimes rename the image file, as uploading images with the same name wont always work.
