New Dragon WIP Thread

K I havn't posted a WIP for a long time, so here goes. I have his head mostly done, not sure if I'm going to go ahead and do the body or not, but it's likely that I will. At the moment it's not for anything except my gallery on my WIP site at ww.meduusa.org/shadowdragon
Anyways, enough chattering. Tell me what you think.

Hey thx ppl I suck at texturing so not sure how well it'll turn out texture wise. But I'm also gonna try and animate him I got an update for ya folks. The wings are still in progress as you can see, and he has no feet, not that you can see em anyway

Yea I know, havn't gotten to that yet. And I came up with a totaly different body design. Which I think I will use instead

what program did u use... i may sound n00bish, but what are you gonna do

could you give it scales maybe?? Just a sugestion not a needed thing and a very good modle.

That would be encredebly (sp) hard modeling wise (well not hard, but time consuming). In the texture though that'd be a great idea....

Cool model definintly. Is this for a mod? Is this dragon supposed to be evil? I'm asking that last question becuase this more reminds me of a puff-the-magic-dragon type thing rather thana mid-evil dragon.

I'm using Blender www.blender3d.org It's a great free modeler, probaly about the only one out there, that can stand up to Lightwave and 3D Studio Max Thou what did you mean, "but what are you gonna do"? You mean, like what am I gonna do with it? If so, at the moment it's just for fun. To see how well I can model a dragon, with hardly any concepts.
Oh and I have an update for everyone

Hmm still working on getting those black spots out, but it shouldn't be to hard to fix

Ok new update. I redid the wings, so the black is gone, YAY!!
