Moving Modwatch button away from the report button Thread

I accidentally clicked Report on the Valkyrie mod when trying to hit the mod watch button...

And there's no confirmation or anything that needs to be clicked when reporting a mod...So could either a confirmation be added or these be moved apart?

Just wondering, since I'm sure other people have done it before..?
