modDB Mini Golf Meet, 2004 Thread

Hey all!

Since BigBird is coming to Melbourne in December, we though it would be grand to invite everyone that wanted to come to a game of mini golf somewhere around the Melboune City area.

Why mingolf you ask? Well, me, him and scott will be drinking non-stop the day he gets here so we thought a nice game of mini golf on the Saturday afternoon would be refreshing. So why not turn it into a "Whoever is close by, can come play too" thing. Which is what we are doing. So if you want to join in the fun, send me a PM and I will do what I can do to see about getting you here for teh day (if in regional Victoria)

Now the date is yet to be confirmed, but looking at the 18th of December.

Register your interest now! Oh, and if your visiting from somewhere else, why not join us! Or just roadtrip it with some other randoms.

Well, I'm going on a Caribbean cruise and get back just before Birdy gets here, so its better to plan ahead coz I wont be able to do it while soaking up rays on the deck of the love boat drinking cocktails by the pool.

I thought it might be good if the guys from Victoria, who live out in the stick wanted to come, could get a mini bus or somthing to go around and get them! Those who can't be bothered driving or can't drive of course.

I'd come Fork, but December equates to Christmas sales, and I'll probably be busy with work (especially being a week before the big day). ShortCutMan would go probably, but both of us don't drink.

How about we all meet at the center of the world, have ForK build us an island, and we can have mini-golf on there. That way, no one is too far away from any place!

Thats why we are playing mini golf. Coz alot of people dont drink like me and birdy do :p

Dont worry, there will be video cam and other cams involved to savour the moment. I mean how often do people get the chance to play mini golf with modDB admins? :p

I was thinking more about forgetting to turn up... but that too!

hehe, well me and BigBird are just afraid we wont remember anything .. so we are taking cams :p

I'll come. I won't be drinking btw. And what side of Melbourne? Geelong side, or the other, because if its the other, may be hard for me.
