We managed to catch 3 of the people responsbile for attempting to hack/DDoS the moddb server last week. We have taken them to court, and are sueing them for damages. I will post here when i have updates, and date/time for the first hearing. -- Greg |

Ugh, every one's sueing now. I'm sick of it. One town was accused of sueing too much buy a news station, so you know what they did? They sued the news station. There's wayyyy too much sueingg going on thses days. |

Wait, how old are these guys? You're not sueing ten-year-olds are you? How much mony do you expect to get from children? If their seventeen, or something like that, then maybe I understand, just maybe. Well even if it is kids, they're families should pay for the damages considering the parents should be responsible for them at all times for all of their actions. |

The parents can't be held occountable for their childerens actions, I mean they have to sleep some time right? Although, untill their kids are 18 they are in fact responible for anything that happens reguarding their kids. (And them selvs for that matter) |
