Looking to create a Team. Thread

I am Violindoc, violindoeofnull, an I would like to create a team with some aspiring game developers. The Project Is not very secret but I will need help with it. I am currently looking for Coders, Idealist and Artist to help me deal with this project. I need all the help I can get, the project is pretty huge.

Coders- mainly C# or C++ any language works
Software developers - Help with Software development
Concept artists- I'm a conceptualist but I need some assistance
Optimizers - anyone that wants to make sure the game is scalable across devices
3d modelers - anything you can create

I am Looking for a team, not an intercompetitive group but a team that likes to have fun and make great stuff. A platoon, a support group for eachother. This is a team.

The project is introducing a new game mode to the world of videogames, Storybook. This game mode allows a gamer to create their own story, own character, in a themed world. This will start with a Realistic first person graphic game , and procedural content creation but will then expand to assist other companies. think of it as a life in a different world sandbox but realistic. So we are basically creating a procedural World Generator for first person games. The Intro world is themed on realism and horror. can't Give anymore info out But if your interested? message me.

You might want to talk a bit about exactly what you want created, how you are planning on managing the team and your prefered way of communicating with your team. Don't expect anyone to join a project they know nothing about.

Hello violindoc, i know u wanna start your own studio but id like to have someone like you to join my team, Omni Studios. We are a very small and admittedly inexperienced group, but tne plan is to grow together into a great team.
