WARNING: Please if your a company I'm not interested, I am looking for a single person(s) for the job..

Hello my name is Andre' and I'm the owner of a small game development team called Dream X Productions. I'm looking to develop a new generation of MOBA gaming and need your help. A little about the project:

*Already have a completed Game Design Document that outlines all information about the project and more.

I. Game OverviewName: Obelisk (undecided title)Genre: MOBAPVP Modes: 6vs6vs6 (Main focus for the game)Story Outline: (Currently have lores, character backgrounds, and intro story)Maps: Weather System

II. GameplayClasses: There will be six different classes (each play a huge role in 6vs6vs6)Rewards: Players will be able to unlock emblems (30+), heroes, customizations, and more.Multiplayer: Looking to fix current issues MOBA's seem to have such as overpowered heroes, gold sharing, disconnect of players, and server issues; while at the same time adding new and improved things to the growing genre.

III. Money? Pay? Free?Looking to create a demo showing some basic gameplay and characters along with whats to come for the game. Once the goal is met, a Kick-Starter will be created to get the game funded. The money from Kick-starter will be used to gather more resources and programs for the team to use. Any money left over will be used to workout an equal 360 degree pay for all members.

P.S: This is a (unpaid) project idea until kickstarter, please keep that in mind. (Kickstarter will not be made until demo is near completion and that will take around 5-6 months to do, so if your not comfortable with that time frame then please do no apply for the job)

IV. What would I like to get started?Looking for programmers, UI designer(s), Web-designer, 3D modelers, Concept artist, and anything more that can be of use in creating the project. I will be working on story along with helping in some areas as far as concept art. Please if you are interested, please have a flexible schedule to work with before applying.

V. What has already been done?
So far just a Game Design Document outlining the entire project from Phase 1 and beyond. Looking to begin on some sketches for map design and more to give anyone willing to join, a better look and understanding of the project and its vision.

VI. Programs I would like to use?
-Skype: For meetings and collaborating amongst members.
-Unity: Game Engine we will use to develop the project
P.S Not looking for a short term member, looking to have someone who could possibly stay with the project from begin, to testing, to launch and so forth. If everything checks out to your liking, then please apply for a position and lets go from there.

When you are new in the Gaming Industry or willing to learn you shouldn't make such a thread. Your ambitions are really high, the idea lacks realism and it is raw and not detailed. You are asking for everybody to join and you give ridiculous deadlines and other requirements while you lack a specific profession or skill that will play a major role in the game development. If you are interested in really starting a Video Game Project you should get more into how the Gaming Industry works and teach yourself a specific profession.

If you get this done which will be very hard, but I believe if you work hard at it, anybody can accomplish anything. (Even time travel!)... but if you DO get this done, I'm here for voice acting. I'll do it for free. I'll be starting working with programming soon so depending on how easy I find it, I may be interested in that as well :P

Sounds very difficult. Strategy games are generally difficult for mechanics in comparison to FPS etc in my opinion and what you are outlining seems very ambitious. Having a game design document is definitely a step in the right direction, however have you outlined an architecture for the game in terms of programming?

Something like this will need to be planned and outlined well in advance due to the complexity. I am working on a game with similar mechanics to a MOBA, and is certainly inspired by it and I can tell you it's a rough road. If you are going to persevere then continue onwards however I recommend you take a step back and maybe trim down on the idea.

^Everything this guy said. The fact that you want to get from "outline" to "demo" in a mere 3 months is horribly laughable and alone shows that you need to spend a little more time getting familiar with game development. That deadline is ludicrous. Newbie to the community, self-proclaimed Leader, rough idea, issuing strict and unrealistic deadlines before any actual work has been done nor a team to speak of, no mention or demonstration of your own skill or role (besides leader, of course), you basically hit all the bases for "Ideas Guy," which no one will take seriously.

My advice would be to pick a particular major part of development that you're interested in (texture art, level design, 3D art), take a good amount of time (some months at minimum) to get familiar with it as well as your engine, build some skill, then start some work yourself on your game to get something to show that you mean business, and are serious about and are dedicated to your project. Until you've got that, anyone worth their salt will just disregard you in favor of games with a more promising future.
