I have decided I will also be art manager, game director and ideas guy. On that note you will need to pay me over 10 gajillion dollars a week or else you are fired.

The mod will cost $10 on steam and then another $10 for a game pass to play it online, furthermore, we will require always online DRM and the mod will require a $10 surcharge for allowing you to log in each day.

If you're confused about the responses you're getting, you should know that this community tends to hate and look down upon no-content requests such as this. You need to invest more effort into selling yourself and your game if you want to get others to invest anything other than mockery in return.

If you're stepping up for the art director role, then you should be a capable artist yourself and this game should at least already have some concept art going already. Post those. Give people an idea of what you're working on, what you're capable of skill-wise if you wish to lead, what this game is going to be like and look like, etc. Be specific about the types of skills you're looking for (do you need character modelers, environment/prop modelers?), and what kind of limits you're working under. Maybe let them know why you're using the Source Engine for this particular project instead of a number of other engines which would probably be easier to work with and achieve certain looks with.
