Hey Ladies and gents,

Im looking for a programmer that knows what they are doing to help me finalise a design document and prototype some mechanics for a potential new game.

The game is a WW2 Naval RTS based on the Battle of the Atlantic, specifically the Uboat war (at least to start with).

So far the Unity engine is my pick to do this project on, I asked afew questions on there forums and nothing ive said so far can't be done with Unity, though I haven't published the Design doc publicly as its not at a stage id consider complete enough even for basic public viewing.

As for me Im an artist with several projects and items under my belt, but this game has been trolling around my head for the last few years and in the last 6 weeks or so I have finally put pen to paper for a serious stab at it. This time has been spent thinking of mechanics and some of the major facets of the game. Ive also built a model which is not fully textured but is Unwrapped and Normal mapped which can be used for testing and most importantly of all Ive been doing tons of research on the subject spending about £150 on books to use for references, blueprints or technical drawing or just to refer to as a piece of literature, My current reading material is 'Iron Coffins' by Herbert Werner having already read 'The Golden Horse Shoe' Biography of Otto Kretschmer.

Anyway drop me a line of anyone is interested.

Regards,

John
