Heres a good one:

#38 - Law of Hydrostatic Emission
Eyes tend to be rather large in Anime. This is because they contain several gallons of water, which may be instantaneously released at high pressure through large tear ducts. The actual volume of water contained in the eyes is unknown, as there is no evidence to suggest that these reservoirs are actually capable of running out. The reason water tends to collect in the eyes is because Anime characters only have one large sweat gland, which is located at the back of the head. When extremely stressed, embarrassed, or worried, this sweat gland exudes a single but very large drop of sebaceous fluid.

Shame that Final Fantasy series are starting to have azz0r-esque heroes and over-emotional situations O_o

/me shuts the door on anime in my head and takes the key and swallows it for it's own good

Of course it is, and lots of boys love anime characters because of their overbloated ego and eyes, and the cliche'd no-brains-required plot. O_o

Hahaha, this is very true :) I love the rule names, they're delightfully complex English :P

They forgot two, that I can think of.
1. Ballistic weapons cannot hurt a person, good or bad, who is trained in martial arts (such people make up roughly 99% of the world's population)

2. The size of a female's breasts is directly proportional to her martial arts prowess and/or intelligence, and inversely proportional to the protective clothing she should logically wear. (Of course, logic is something that does not exist in anime).

Hehe, a spin-off of rule #2

Protective clothing's weight and thickness for a female is directly proportional to the size of her breasts and/or (inversely) proportional to her importance to the story

P.S. any Japanese animation that shows a women's breast is therefore noted as "Japornime"

hehe, I remember another rule

1. When characters are flailing their arms about or are running at top speed, their arms/legs turn into sticks and their hands/feet turn into oval shapped, peach balls. Also, they move as if they (legs/arms) were in a blender  :P
