KAL online Thread

Hey guys did you try fre mmorpg Kal online - www.kalonline.com . I heard that it's quite good but i never relly tried it....

I tried it a while back I did not like it.

When I tried all i remebered was it looked very nice, it was free, and it was very un-structured

im going to try it, it looks like lineage 2 but more japanese (i know L2 is a korean game but it looked more european)
downloading right now

I tried a while ago, i liked it, couldnt be bothered continuing it though. Its hard to work out where to go....although i was younger and probably more stupid

i tried it, its nice, has nice gfx but it doesent stick, it misses the addiction factor

yep, it wasnt very catchy and way to slow for me

Did anyone else find that it had a very bland storyline?

Or did i fail to understand it??

I still have it installed don't play it though, the decapitation skill was a nice touch though.

a storyline in a mmorpg isent important (imo)

Depends on the MMORPG, if its one with realms vs. realms I think story is important. Other then that, for the farming type level up ones, no.

KAL Online is a pretty good free game, played it awhile back. Best gear and what not, maybe I could help people that are new to the game out.

socializing is important in a mmorpg, a while back i played knoght online and i came across 2 other guys and every time we played we would train together
so thats the most important thing in a mmorpg imo

Yeah, its better then WoW becaues your expierence in your party isnt 1/3 of what you would nomrally get solo like in WoW but it was way to slow for me to stay hooked on.. provided me with about 6 hours of fun though >:)

I feel like kal was one that the story was important for. All i knew was that there was some demon guy who sent out all these other demon guys into the wilderness...and thats about it
