I've already known Finite done that ages ago (I have the model itself, even), and spanner/wrench variates in countries, google image search comes for the same exact thing when I type in Wrench or Spanner, but spanner has more pornographic results - Edited By CheapAlert On Wed 19th, May 2004 @ 3:51:30pm |

span·ner - A wrench having a hook, hole, or pin at the end for meshing with a related device on another object. wrench - Any of various hand or power tools, often having fixed or adjustable jaws, used for gripping, turning, or twisting objects such as nuts, bolts, or pipes. Same thing. |

I liked it better when there was a wrench in the logo. I don't like the spanner. I think you should switch them back. -- I'm not a hippy. I'm just a firm believer of peace originating from marijuana, long hair and mass amounts of flowers. |

A wrench is not always adjustable. A monkey wrench is adjustable, a crescent wrench is adjustable, but here in America, wrench = spanner. Non-adjustable. |

Whether or not it's your language, it's a different dialect. heh, us americans almost came close to having german as our official language. it was a narrow vote when the country was started. I keep wondering if the outcome of the world wars would have changed simply because of the language we chose. wouldn't we be more apt to agree with people who speak the same language as us? I think we would also have alot more german immigrants who sympathized with the germans in both wars. kinda a scary thought |

Speaking of your language, the Germans and French called; they're kinda pissed off you took their words - Edited By robo_ronald On Fri 21st, May 2004 @ 9:06:17pm -- THE modDB Delawarian Me ---> :de::paranoid: <--- Ronald McDonald |

Hmm, yes, the english were origianally German, then they were taken over by the French, and then they combined the two languadges. English is retarded that way. |
