(Indie) Project X - is in need of people for development Thread

We are currently in need of Several people with skill in the following areas for Project X. (See Link Below for a Description of the project)

Please note that there is a possibility of pay but only if the project is completed.

The Game is a Sci-fi Horror Game taking place in a alternate reality 1960s America.

We are in need of people for the positions on the project.

3D Prop modelers - Must be able to use atleast 1 3d Modeling applications Supported by Unity effectively and create high quality models.

3D Character Artists - Must be able to create High quality Character models for The Project. (You must be able to do Aliens as well as human characters)

Concept Artists - We are in need on Concept artists (If you work in 2d or 3d it does not matter) Just as long as you get the job done.

3d Weapons Modelers - Must be able to model weapons from concept and add your own twist on to the weapon you are modeling.

What is Being Done -

We are in the middle of implementing the First Person Controller and Making some Maps for the game.
We currently have a coder that is familiar with unity script and C#.
And I am making some maps for the game to test out the First person Controller.

This sounds interesting. Is there a project timeline for when you plan to have some kind of small-scale playable level or demo? I'd like to work on this as a concept artist and/or character artist, but I'm looking for projects whose results I'll be able to showcase at least by this coming March or April (when I graduate art school).
