Well the title pretty much says it all. I have had some Ideas for games that I cannot make myself however I was hoping that maybe just maybe if I came here I could find a development team that would be willing to make the game(s). Now some of my ideas are a little ambitious which is why I would think it would be best to get our bearings on a smaller project like a F2P or maybe just a browser based game to show the public that we know what we are doing and go from there.

Here are a few basic Ideas. (warning some of what you hear may sound like something you have seen before. Two things, one there really are not any truly original ideas anymore, two I am a strong believer in innovation. )

A Strategy/First Person game where you can pretty much do what ever you want. You can be a merchant or a mercenary. A Soldier or a King. A bandit or a Guard. Whatever you want to do. You can lead your armies and take towns. You can settle new lands and build up. You could even start by taking a boat to a new world where everyone there starts from nothing and over time the world around builds up and you get to choose who you are in that world. Most of the game would be Procedural. The terrain, the factions, the people. You would be able to go from a few huts to a City that rivals Rome. One of the bigger goals of this would be a multiplayer/co-op part of the large world maybe even just servers for a persistent world. Now there will be some limitations to how far you could go. For instance the further away a settlement is the easier they would convert to another side. This would help prevent a single empire from controlling everything for a long time. After enough time has passed the server could be reset or some unknown powerful enemy could begin to raid the towns to weaken the empire and leave it open to attack. When you die you come back as a relative with the choice to leave your equipment as an heirloom.(this means anything in the inventory would be lost.)

An evolution based RTS. You start from a tribal time and work your way into a distant SCI-FY Future where you can travel an entire Universe and yes I mean a real universe.(The size of this universe would be smaller then ours like instead of billions its would be in the 100s or 1000s) You start by creating your species and then an outfit and then you take control of the chieftain(when the leader dies, in battle or age, you take control of the next one) and then begin to work your way through. Now this won't be your typical 1-2hr long match RTS. This would be days long as you work your way through technology and try to survive.
Multiplayer would be played either in a small window in time or sped up for shorter matches or as a persistent world that is always going. Also in multiplayer you could just be a general or a leader in construction or economy for a co-op experience. You could even have LAN games so you and a few friends could play.

Well, the thing is that everyone has ideas. But as you've pointed out you can't turn them into anything.

I'd suggest not writing an MMO or FPS as your first game project.

Getting started is the Gaming Industry isn't as hard as most people think. Here are the 3 most basic steps to get started:
1) Choose the Skill you want to follow: Programmer?, Graphics Designer?, Sound Designer?. There is a variety of jobs you can follow in the Gaming Industry.
2) Learn the Skill: There are tons of tutorials and lessons in the web. Start learning the skill you choose, try it out and share your work to get feedback.
3) Join a small Indie Team or start a small Project yourself.

Mount and blade, spore? Ideas aren't as important as mechanics and implementation. Like George said, pick a skill and follow it.
Both of these ideas are far to ambitious.

Honestly, you started in the wrong end! ;)

1 - Learn how to make games.
2 - Make shitty games.
3 - Make really good games.

Everyone has been a rookie and it's never to late to learn if you got the will power!
