For those of you who don't know, Huxley is an MMOFPS that utilises the amazing Unreal 3 engine. That's right, combining two already insanly addictive game types into one, in the hopes that you will never leave your computer. Ever again. Ever. There is currently no official site, but when it is up, you can find it here Huxleyonline.com right now it is just a portal to the compony's site. There are, however, some good un-official sites up and running, like Huxley-nexus.com and Huxleygame.com so you can go there until there official site is up and running. Though it is doubtfull that you will have time to, as the beta is suposed to be ready for download as soon as the site is up, which is expected to be anywhere from now to two months, if what I've heard is right. And now for some screens, don't worry, I'll just post links for the five of you who still have dial-up.

There are also trailers to be found at FIlplanet, the two unofficial sites mentioned ubove, and verious other sources. In addition to all the regular quests, FPS shot-outs and sci-fi goodness that is already suggested, guilds will play a big part in this, influencing the story, being able to buy buildings (that's right, realistate, I know it's been done before, but it's stil cool) and of course go head to head with rival guilds on the opposing side.

What's your guy's take on all this? Personally, I think it looks great, though I have been wrong about games in the past *cough*blackhawkdown*cough* I'll defenatly be one of the first in line to play the beta, however.

I don't buy games that require monthly fees.

No one said you had to.

Looks like a good game, but I wish they actually released some ingame footage. Looks like we'll have to wait until E3 to see more.

Lol, yeah I thought it was kind of a nod in his direction until I found out the compony was Korean, in which case they probably don't know who he is :P

:S

The guys who did Kingdom Under Fire: Crusades are a Korean company. The guys who did Jade Empire are from America.

Doesn't mean since they're from a different country doesn't mean they don't research other cultures and historical periods.

Wow, I guess they were right when they told me by reading Brave New World that the door of obscure literary referances would open to me...

(I'm the only one I know outside my family that has read it)

Don't mind me.

And it's Brave New World, sans the A.

If Huxley turns out to be an amazing game, much applause to the developers. Although I STILL haven't found an MMORPG that suits my needs ( Guild Wars = too short, WOW = Good, but too medieval ) I want a great MMORPG that contains new age technologies and what not. If you have any suggestions, please list! :)
