Has anyone ever heard of Runescape? Thread

Ok, I played this really stupid game called Runescape. This is probably the worst game I have played since ET for Atari. The graphics look aweful and it just sucks overall.

I prefer Sonic Mario Bash at Freewebarcade.com but that's just my opinion.

Lol. IT's a really Old game, and comedyman, just because you don't like it doesn't mean others don't. I'd like to see you make a game like runescape. BTW, Great 1st post.

Simply naming it as a Java game should be hurtful enough...

It was fun to play with for a first time I think. But I didn't play it that long, got other games

I played that game with RatoN for awhile, but then it got borring, and nerds started playing it....

Java's good only for cellphone games and nothing more

Everybody remember: never get a nokia 6610(not i) if you want to play java games at a steady amount of fps

i remember playing runescape. i only played once and all i did was run across the game screaming swear words that the censors couldn't catch. very boring game.

Actually i have exactly this cellphone, and, well, the frame rate isnt good but its playable. Anyway i got it for 1,- Euro, so im not gonna complain.
But yes if i would buy a new cellphone for more than 1 euro id buy a different one.

it seems to be depressingly popular amongst that age group.
why cant they play real games that deal with real life issues? like say HL2

I've got a 6610 as well, and the framerate for many (good) games is just crappy

Siemens CX65 all the way! Great software and everything runs quickly (Crash & Burn is one of the best siemens game at all by the way, very addictive )

Alright.. Sure runescape doesn't have any good graphics.. But its a little fun to mes around in.. It has plenty of things you can do, with places to go and creatures to see.. But Iw ould never play it for more than 20 minutes strait, once every couple weeks. Graphics don't make the game.

And btw, java is good for a lot more than cell phone games.. and java isn't only used for "games"
