You will be able to play in DirectX9, DirectX10 and even DirectX11! One of the many original planed features will be that you can play Russian Roulette. The genre of this game is a Psychological War Game. We are using the Esenthel Engine at the moment and planning to buy a licence to sell it (though Lost Cause may end up being free due to it being our first game).

*Single Player and Online Mode
*Four Characters to play as in single player mode
*Bet virtual money in Russian Roulette.
-More Features Will Be Added Later-

12 years old? So you are looking for people with a skillset like Bill Gates then I guess.

I'm not going to accept everyone who offers so I would least likely accept a 12 year old over a 15 year old but I do know some 12 year olds who are quite good at modelling and programming. And I am certainly not looking for people with a skill set of Bill Gates since that is nearly impossible I think.

Mr HaggerGames, please take a look at this recruitment forum and any other for that matter (GameDev.net, TIGSource) and you'll see what you're doing wrong in this recruitment attempt. Good luck (but with plan you have right now, I should say good miracle, sorry).

Your right asking for 10 did seem a bit too much so I changed it to 3.

Your right but I guess it's worth a shot.

Edit: Change the minimum age requirement to 14.
Edit 2: Added a screenshot of a model that is not finished yet. Made by our modeler Harry Traynor.

What's the point to hire only people between 14-18? I made the experience that you shouldn't work with people under the age of 16 or even 18 (with some excpetions). Good luck though.

You are false advertising yourself as the two words you are looking for instead of hiring is RECRUITING VOLUNTEERS or AT MOST recruiting for royalties.

Well the game is about gaining experience and thanks :)

Sorry for false advertising. Didn't mean to. Unfortunately I have no idea of how to change the thread title.

Yet again sorry for the false advertisement. Didn't mean to.

Also can a mod please change the thread title to "Hagger Games Recruiting". Thanks.

I'm sorry mate but how at the age of 14 do you think you have the life skills, understanding and general mature thinking that it takes to run a company, you flag youself as the ceo however your whole recruitment post is that of a novice, don't take me the wrong way, but you don't put i'm hiring in this age group, you say 18+ and if there's a 15 year old that's a good modeler, sweet, doesn't mean he can work in a team and complete the assigned work on-time.

You mention pay but not how the payment will work, do you know how you pay developers?
16 to 19 are not adults and do not have a mature voice, some may, most wont.
You mention you will be able to play with direct x9 - 11, whats the point of this... DX 10 and 11 wont work with windows xp, so your remark seems uneducated.
Finally your list of game features hardly makes a impression, as the above poster has pointed out, whats the point of being able to torture innocent people?

I make these comments, not to hurt you but to... well warn you, if you make posts like this your not helping yourself in anyway, i look back at some of the crap i've posted over the years and say these things from experience, the main one learnt is you don't need to make a "company" or "dev studio" to make games or mods, to be honest the only people they suit are real indie developers and most have created these studios for a name to publish under pre or after release.

Good luck and hope you don't just toss this advice out the window.

I agree that my post doesn't seem to attract and can be considered misleading and like I said earlier I am sorry for that and did not mean to mislead people. I'll rework on my list of features as well and thanks for the advice which I defiantly will not toss out of the window.

P.S. You don't need 10 programmers, on whole Doom3 team for example there were only 7 :)
EDIT: Oh I see you've changed that, sorry. For more good advice just browse this forums a little bit.

It's alright :) And I will do a bit more when I have time.

---UPDATE---
I got more team members (a voice actor and music producer). I also will be in the roll of a "Sound Artist".
