Hey, does anybody have any idea how to port models and maps from games that ran on the goldsrc engine ( Half-Life, Counter Strike, Team fortress classic) to the original Quake engine? Additionally, If anybody know what version of the quake engine I should use, that would be great. If anybody knows a better category for this to go into, that would be fantastic. |

You can port .bsp to quake using the radiant editor, I tested it with a source mod i was making and it worked. Personally with only a little experience I'd say the Darkplaces engine should suit all your needs. (however i used it 6 years ago, might be better nowadays) Radiant. Or Jackhammer. |
