I was wondering if anyone out there, at all, had the ambition to combine two games into one. This comes out of frustration as i recently purchased Paraworld and find it somewhat boring. If it were merged or modded with something like command and conquer generals, or maybe even red alert 3 i think it would be better, not to mention the possibility for a really screwy inventive storyline. So can it be done? |

Just drag and drop the executable from the game you want to merge onto the other game and it will ask you "Do you want to create a zany hybrid game" yes /no . Click yes and wait for it to compile., Edited by: AJ_Quick |

It can if you have ambition to learn necessary skills to (among others) make models for one "half" of the game, and you don't mind sticking to one engine of the two to choose from. Then it'll take some months or years to complete the task. Can be done? Yes. Would that make any sense? Not so much. Still, there are many mods that strive to add units from e.g. a sequel to the given game, enriching it that way. But if you mean incorporating also gameplay, interface gimmicks, etc. it'll be a long, very loooong way to go, but theoretically possible. |
