Failed to Add Game to IndieDB.com Thread

I posted ths in Game Developer forum, but was advised I should try posting here.

I added our game, KonCraft. A couple of days later, before I had the chance to finish adding content, I received an email saying the game didn't have enough content and to edit the game to add videos or photos. I received an email with a link to where I can edit the game and resubmit it, but the page doesn't work. I have waited now 2 weeks or more to be able to edit it, but am presented with the same message that states the game is over. The email suggests I reply to it and someone will help me, but I have sent several emails but have received no response. the suggested link in the email, Indiedb.com does not allow me to edit anything about the game or to add videos or more content. My game clearly has content and clearly has a lot of work invested in it as our website would show: www.KonCraft.com. The email suggests there is not enough work completed on the game for it to be added and to not Re-add the game because it will be automatically rejected but instead to reply to the email. Still, I have not received any communication about how to proceed with adding my game after sending in numerous replies as the email suggested.

Seems like a terrible mixup, which is a shame. I hope you get it fixed soon.

Two weeks is a long time to wait - I would have gone mental before that

thanks for assistance, an admin helped me and my issue is resolved.

How did you get an admin to help you out?
I have the exact same problem with my game, Gravity Gobbler, a physics/puzzle platformer. I have put a lot of work into the game, been working on it for the past 3 months and It has a very original story and gameplay with nice looking graphics for a unity game, see video below, but they sent an email saying it wasn't good enough before I finished adding info and pics. I have sent an email but no reply. What do I do?
Glad to hear you got yours sorted out, looks like an interesting project.

Just to clarify, the email isn't regarding the content, or quality of your game (we arn't here to judge your work) but relates to the content submitted to the indiedb profile.
Meaning, your game wasn't authorised as not enough content (images / video) was supplied when the games profile was submitted.

Your issue should be sorted, just add some images to the gallery. And the game will be listed.

Woops I didn't realize themaster6666 was signed in when I left the comment above about my game, must have been from when he was showing me something on Mod DB. Sorry to themaster6666 and TKAzA for the confusion there.... well done TKAzA for finding the game despite that and thanks.
