Downloads blocked by Norton SafeConnect Thread

And this is why I hate Norton. It's blocking all my downloads and repeating the same webpage every single time I click "Visit the site anyway" and this has nothing to do with my computer or anything, but a router problem. I can't replace the router, because I didn't buy it and the person that owns it won't give in to my request. I also tried other mirrors and i got the same result every time. Here is proof of what's happening on my end:

I need detailed explanation on why this is happening and this detailed report shows basically nothing except one Trojan which is the file I requested.

It may also be a problem with Norton itself or Norton blacklisting a website. You can report a false positive here: Submit.symantec.com (including malicious sites that are not malicious)

god that is lame. can you try other mirrors or does it just block them all?

Norton is crap. Has been for years.

Nothing out of the ordinary, however. Avast Software did something similar recently Moddb.com and they were notified about it and fixed the issue. It is possible there were enough reports on ModDB to warrant Symantec's action, as a preventive measure.

Does anybody else have any problems with Norton ConnectSafe?
