Copyrights question Thread

Hi, I'm about to make a game with pixelated graphics and would be cool for one character to look like batman. Of couse i'm not gonna tell it's batman or something, it's just gonna be there. Is it possible that they could sue me or do something bad for me for adding character that look like this?
