Concept Artist needed Thread

I am looking for a Concept Artist to help bring a Game Design Document to life and help to visualise the game universe. Drawing and modelling are not my strong points so I am looking for someone with a real passion for bringing the written to life so the game may progress onto the next stage of development.

It will be a full 3D Indie game using UDK for its construction.The document is still unfinished but my hand drawn and 3D modelled concepts exist for a few locations and objects, which are adequate but really do not get enough across.The game is based in an alternative future to our own with many familiar objects remained. The majority of the game takes place within the confines of a city which the player explores throughout the course of the game. The chosen candidate will need to be fully acquainted with the games universe and story to produce accurate images.

The objects that need visualising include; Vehicles, City Environments, Factories and to a lesser extent the natural world.

Requirements

Excellent traditional and digital drawing abilities with advanced knowledge of industry standard digital paint software.

To be able to take something from thumbnail to finished concept, and produce other views of the object if requested.

To work with me through the GDD upgrading all my poor attempts and realising the written descriptions of each location, item etc... in finished pieces of art that best communicate the idea for the next stage of development.

A diversity of artstyles a plus!

A small team of modellers are onboard for the games further development once the concept is completed so please don't think of this as a game that will disappear. Even if it does, it's all good practise.

To sum up its game play from existing titles, it is a mixture of Condemned, Half Life 2, Deus Ex and Grand Theft Auto 4.

I can draw and sketch pretty good but nothing with computers.
