Although we have programmers, we have no Game developers, so if you are a Game Developer and are looking for a project to work on then sign-up, you can either post here or PM (Or email me at Georgecoshall@hotmail.co.uk)

We can discuss Monetary payments once you join and produce some work (May sound mean, but we have to sure).

Programmers are game developers (not all ofc).

No, Game developer, the Programmers I got are good but haven't made a game before, I am looking for a person who has to join the team and spread there knowledge.

Well what kind of game developer?
3D artist, animator, writer, manager, audio guy, concept artist?

Coder, We need a man who has Made games before (Our programmers are very good, just haven't made a game before, but still doing a great job).

Also we need a Concept Artist, Modeller (Not now though, later), Audio, animator and those sorts of things

So you are looking for a game programmer, but you sounds like you have no clue about job position at all. Maybe you should research a bit on job titles first.
I am a crappy programmer but I made space invader and pong before, does that mean it fits in your "man who has Made games" description?

If you have programmers, can't they just post questions here? Also consider posting on the forums of GameDev.net, which might be better as there's far more programmers there.
