3D Modeler for Half Life/Counter Strike Needed Thread

We are looking for a 3D modeler for our Grand Theft Auto based mod on the GoldSrc Engine.
The game will allow the player to jack cars, participate in missions and most importantly, go on rampages.

The Modeler must be able to;
-**Model and package for use models of weapons (shotguns, pistols, low poly chainsaw, animations etc.) **
- Create NPC and Player models (animations as well).
